Manuel recently joined Ellis Parker Real Estate, as a Sales and Project Marketing specialist. Manuels most recent project is the Marrara Gardens residential enclave in Darwin’s Northern Suburbs.

Manuel joined the real estate industry in 1985 and has since forged out an unrivalled reputation as a leader within the industry.

Specialising in facilitating projects from inception to completion, including isolating and procuring development sites, project market and feasibility reports, concepts, design, marketing and sales.

Manuel brings a rare depth of experience, having owned his own offices, built his own investment portfolios and projects. His strength has been his project marketing skills, bringing to the market some of Darwin’s largest and most iconic residential projects.
